Services & Scope

Each package includes the features listed at purchase. Work begins after order confirmation and receipt of required materials. Scope changes are quoted and agreed before implementation.

Revisions

Packages include unlimited revisions within the purchased scope until reasonable approval. Revisions requesting new scope (additional pages, new deliverables) are quoted separately at preferred rates.

Turnaround

First drafts are typically delivered in 24–48 hours; full project timelines are agreed at kickoff and depend on client feedback speed and content readiness.

Payment

Fixed prices as displayed at checkout. Monthly services bill in advance and can be cancelled with 14 days' notice. Larger projects may use milestone billing.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

If we cannot meet the agreed brief after reasonable revision attempts, you are entitled to a refund per our money-back guarantee. Refunds exclude third-party costs already incurred (e.g. ad spend, licenses).

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables and copyright. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
